Recipes for Healthy Living

To be healthy you must invest time and energy in purchasing, preparing and enjoying healthy food. This means avoiding processed foods and choosing organic and locally grown whenever possible. Use this on-line recipe file to make healthy cooking a fun and rewarding part of your lifestyle.

You'll find each recipe is designated as

  • Optimal Detox (OD)
  • Modified Detox (MD)
  • Healthy Choice (HC)

We recommend the use of fresh and, if possible organic produce and herbs. If using dried herbs the ratios are 1 teaspoon dried  = 1/4 teaspoon powdered = 1 tablespoon fresh.
